PetMedic affiliate program is a free program where affiliates are able to earn commission by placing their affiliate link or links on their website, blogs or social media to advertise PetMedic pet health products. Our program is designed to bring together passionate pet lovers, influencers, bloggers, and advocates who are dedicated to promoting pet health and well-being. By becoming an affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commissions while making a positive impact on pets' lives.

How It Works:

1. Sign Up: Joining our affiliate program is quick, easy, and free. Simply complete the application process on our website. Once you have registered, you'll receive access to your unique affiliate dashboard.

2. Promote PetMedic: Once approved, you can start promoting PetMedic products through your website, blog, social media platforms, or other online channels. Share your personalized affiliate links with your audience to drive traffic to our online store.

3. Earn Commissions: Whenever a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link, you'll earn a commission on the sale. Our competitive commission structure ensures that your efforts are generously rewarded.

4. Track Performance: Monitor your referral activity and track your commissions in real-time through your affiliate dashboard. You'll have access to detailed reports that provide insights into your performance and earnings.

5. Get Paid:  Commission from total sales will be paid to you once per month via bank transfer.

​Joining the Program:

By submitting your application and participating in the PetMedic Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this agreement. Failure to meet the terms and conditions of the program may result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

Eligibility and Enrollment:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the PetMedic Affiliate Program.

Each affiliate account is intended for use by either a single individual user or a single legal entity. If you are applying on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your affiliate account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you fail to comply with these eligibility and enrollment requirements or if your account activity is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

If there are any changes to your account information (such as contact details or payment preferences), you must promptly update this information in your affiliate dashboard or notify our affiliate support team.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website or promotional platform where you promote PetMedic products. 

All content, materials, and information that appear on your site or promotional platform must be accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third parties and do not contain misleading or false information.

You are expected to promote PetMedic products ethically and responsibly. Any promotional efforts should reflect positively on our brand and maintain the integrity of our products. Avoid engaging in any deceptive, harmful, or objectionable practices that may damage the reputation of PetMedic.

Either you or PetMedic may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

You are eligible to earn affiliate payments only during your time as an approved affiliate. Once the affiliate relationship is terminated, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for referrals made after the termination date.

You are not responsible for providing customer support or handling customer inquiries related to PetMedic products. All customer support inquiries will be directed to PetMedic's designated channels.

PetMedic reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the affiliate program or any aspect of the program at its sole discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes to the program terms and conditions.

Commission Structure:

The standard commission rate for affiliates in the PetMedic Affiliate Program is currently set at 10% of the Net Shopping Value, unless otherwise stated. However, it's important to note that commission rates are subject to PetMedic's discretion and may be adjusted periodically.

Commissions are calculated based on the Net Shopping Value of the products purchased by customers referred through your unique affiliate links. The Net Shopping Value is defined as the amount that the customer pays for a product, excluding any shipping fees that may be charged separately.

Once you registered as an Affiliate, you will be able to obtain your unique Affiliate Link & Affiliate Code. The Affilate Coupon Code gives customers who apply your affiliate code during checkout a 5% discount off their order.

There are 2 ways you can earn commission:

Through Affiliate Link: Whenever a customer clicks your unique affiliate link and make a purchase, you earn 10% of the Net Shopping Value. 

Through Affiliate Coupon Code: Whenever a customer uses your unique affiliate coupon code to make a purchase during checkout, even when he/she didn't access the website through your affiliate link, the customer gets 5% discount off their order, and you earn 10% of the Net Shopping Value.

PetMedic reserves the right to modify commission rates, either upwards or downwards, at its sole discretion. Any changes to commission rates will be communicated to affiliates in advance, and they will apply to referral sales generated after the effective date of the change.

From time to time, PetMedic may introduce multi-tiered commission structures, special bonus offers, or promotional incentives for affiliates. Details of such promotions will be provided through the official affiliate dashboard or communication channels.

Commissions are not earned on canceled orders, returned items, or transactions that violate the terms and conditions of the PetMedic Affiliate Program. PetMedic reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of program terms.

Commission Payout

Commissions are typically paid out on a predetermined schedule, as outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate via bank transfer once per month. You must have a valid bank account to receive the commission, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash or other method.

Commissions are typically paid in the currency designated by PetMedic. If a conversion is required, it will be done using a currency conversion rate determined by PetMedic.

Affliliate Tracking and Reporting

Upon approval as an affiliate, you will be granted access to a personalized affiliate dashboard. This dashboard will serve as the primary platform for tracking your referrals, commissions, and overall performance.

Your affiliate dashboard will provide you with unique affiliate links that you can use to promote PetMedic products. These links contain tracking codes that identify referrals generated through your promotional efforts.

When a customer clicks on your affiliate link, a tracking cookie will be placed in their browser. This cookie is used to associate the customer with your affiliate account, ensuring proper attribution of referrals.

The affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of referrals and sales generated through your affiliate links. You can access up-to-date information about clicks, conversions, and earnings.

Affiliate Status Termination

Either you or PetMedic may choose to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason. 

PetMedic reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to ethical promotion, accurate representation of PetMedic products, or adherence to legal regulations.

Any fraudulent activity, unethical behavior, or conduct that violates the integrity of the PetMedic Affiliate Program may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.

PetMedic reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship with or without cause. In the event of termination by PetMedic, you will be notified via email or through the official communication channels provided in the affiliate dashboard.

Liabilities and Indemnities

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetMedic, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your participation in the PetMedic Affiliate Program, including but not limited to any violation of these terms and conditions, misrepresentation of products, infringement of intellectual property, or breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

PetMedic shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or damages to reputation.

You agree that any claims, disputes, or liabilities brought against PetMedic by third parties as a result of your promotional activities, representations, or conduct as an affiliate are your sole responsibility. You shall bear any costs, legal fees, or damages resulting from such claims.

In the event that PetMedic becomes subject to a claim, demand, or legal action related to your participation in the affiliate program, you agree to provide prompt written notice to PetMedic. PetMedic reserves the right to defend itself against any claims and seek legal counsel of its choice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of PetMedic, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates under these terms and conditions, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the affiliate program.

Any claims or disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction determined by PetMedic. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Modification of Terms:

PetMedic reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of the affiliate program's terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Changes may include but are not limited to commission rates, tracking methods, reporting procedures, and program policies.

Any changes to the terms and conditions will become effective on the date specified in the notice provided by PetMedic. Affiliates are advised to review any changes promptly upon notification.

By continuing to participate in the affiliate program after the effective date of any changes to the terms and conditions, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the option to terminate your affiliate account as outlined in the Termination section.

Changes to the terms and conditions will generally apply only to referral activities and transactions generated after the effective date of the changes. Commissions earned before the effective date will be governed by the terms in place at the time of the referral.
